Renovation and extension of a typical Brussels townhouse into a triplex oriented towards the garden. Living spaces are opened and extended to the rear, while a new volume supports a terrace directly connected to the kitchen.
The intervention remains minimal and respectful of the existing typology, reducing structural work and costs. Simple, inventive details and an alternative use of materials reinterpret the traditional Brussels house with a contemporary and economical approach
