This project transforms and extends a single-family house into an intergenerational home, with a two-level unit for the family and a single-level unit for the owner’s mother.

Minimal interventions were carried out for efficiency. The renovation divided the ground floor and added technical installations, enabling rapid occupancy. The subsequent extension opens towards the garden while bringing daylight into each dwelling’s central room through carefully angled dormers.

Inside, a sculptural ceiling defines the living areas, creating autonomous spaces where shifting light and shadow animate the interiors throughout the day and seasons.
